2025 Season
Dear Music Lovers,
The 2025 edition of Les Printemps Slaves invites you on a unique journey to discover a little-known chapter of Slavic musical history: the Baroque period. Too often overshadowed by the great figures of Romanticism and the 20th century, Slavic Baroque music deserves to be rediscovered—not only for its expressive richness but also for the fascinating dialogue it initiated with the musical eras that followed.
Through a bold and inspiring program, we will explore not only the works of 17th- and 18th-century Slavic composers but also those of 19th- and 20th-century musicians, as well as contemporary artists who have drawn endless inspiration from the Baroque aesthetic. This interplay of musical reflections across time will be brought to life by exceptional artists, whose interpretations will illuminate the subtle connections between past and present.
By blending early repertoire with modern reinterpretations, Les Printemps Slaves 2025 will celebrate a tradition in constant evolution—where Baroque music is continuously reimagined through time and artistic sensibilities, in a whirlwind of virtuosity and emotion.
We look forward to sharing this unique musical adventure with you!
