Join us for this festive event, offered free of charge at the Maison de la culture Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, where musicians from all backgrounds come together to celebrate their love for the music of Slavic countries. Following the concert — featuring a program inspired by the Belle Époque, an era of artistic flourishing and elegance at the turn of the 20th century — the audience will have the chance to meet the artists and share a banquet of Slavic specialties.

The first part of the concert, devoted to arrangements for string orchestra, is followed by a contemporary reinterpretation of the Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, where classical writing and jazz language meet in the hands of the exceptional virtuoso Matt Herskowitz.
